John Male - President
Personification is lead by John Male, who has extensive experience in business and government. He has been closely associated with and contributed to success of such Toronto area firms as Genesis Microchip Inc., ExtendMedia Inc (formerly Digital Renaissance). He has worked extensively with funding early stage firms in software, hardware, and new media over the past fifteen years.

Dr. Mark Chignell -- Chief Technology Officer
Personification's research and development team is lead by Dr. Mark Chignell, a world-class AI and ergonomics researcher who has published on variety of topics including expert systems and intelligent databases. He has worked on AI and ergonomics based applications for several Fortune 500 companies including Lockheed Aerospace (now Boeing), Xerox, CIBC, Nortel and Bell Canada.

Dr. Ian Graham -- Chief Architect
Formerly the Vice-President of R&D at Groveware, Dr. Ian Graham now lends his expertise to Personification's technical team on system design and architecture. Ian holds a Ph.D. in physics from McGill University and is a best selling author on Web site development and architecture. He also works with the Centre for Academic Technology at the University of Toronto, assisting with Web technologies and their application in instruction and research.

Arthur Boas -- Business Development Consultant
Formerly the President and Founder of Cabletest International Inc., a high technology test equipment manufacturer serving the aerospace and telecom industries. He brings a wealth of market expansion and finance experience to the team.
